Philosophy

WE BELIEVE

  • The core of our curriculum is ball mastery.
  • Coaches should develop the skills and personality of the player.
  • The quality of each player’s skill and the efficacy of their small-group play ultimately determine whether any team system, tactic, or formation is successful.
  • Encourage a competitive attitude that values tenacity and loyalty to the team.

About OUR curriculum

A curriculum is a specific teaching plan that contains clear instructions that both the coach and the player know. The player is aware of both what to do and whether it has been done.

Training sessions are held consistently throughout the year, and every training session is planned in advance and in detail.

The following overview of our curriculum shows its influence on player development.

BASICS

Every other section of the pyramid is impacted by the basics. This is the foundation of our curriculum.

Control and Pass

Mastering the ability to control and pass.

Individual Skills

To keep possession and create space and time for passing, running, or shooting. This teaches confidence and creativity.

Physical and Mental Speed

Either with or without a ball. Acceleration, reaction, and making the right decisions. This teaches a competitive spirit.

Team Play

It is essential to be able to work with a team. Small-group defense, Quick-break attack and Combination game. This teaches teamwork and communication.
